Dolores began her career early by being around entrepreneurial
parents and observing first hand important business skills at
work. Since working with her parents, she has been occupied
with startups through mature organizations. She has always
been the point person for creating the company’s core
strengths or helping to save and rebuild an existing
organization or division.
Her main passion is working with change and looking toward the
future with an eye for innovative and long-term strategies.
Her goal is to leave a legacy of success that doesn’t nullify
human happiness and well being of the people within the
confines of the corporate world.
By working and expanding both her practical and academic
background in the areas of finance, marketing, business
development, technology, systems, management and leadership,
she is able to provide her clients wholistic perspective.
In addition to successfully completing graduate school,
Dolores has continued her education with programs including:
Marketing and Business Program in Aachen, Germany;
Certification in Situation Analysis, Problem Solving, Decision
Making, Potential Problems & Opportunities in Stamford,
Connecticut with Kepnor & Tregoe; Programs at Pacific
Institute in Multiple Sales and Motivational Training and in
Public Speaking.
In her personal quest for balance and to stay true to her
life’s mission, Dolores maintains a constant regime of running
and engages in at least two spiritual retreats each year. She
loves to read and is a practicing Buddhist. She has
incorporated Buddhist ideology into her corporate belief
system via a sense of ethics and human modeling. Recently,
Dolores was invited to present at the Academy of Management’s
Conference 2003, held in Seattle, on Buddhism and Leadership.
