Dolores M. Gill, founder of Gill & Associates, is a wholistic business strategist. As a consummate entrepreneur, her portfolio reflects skills in all aspects of owning and running a successful company. Subsequently, she understands and relates well with other business owners.

With 20 years experience, Dolores has an extensive background in transforming and growing companies that are in trouble. Her strength lies in both analytical and intuitive skills. She merges cognitive and emotive models to connect with her clients and develop tailored turnaround strategies. Dolores’ core competencies are in the areas of finance, organizational development, and marketing.

Dolores grew up in Singapore where she received her Associates Degree in Economics at Beatty College. She earned her Bachelors in Advertising from the University of Washington and her Masters in WSD from Antioch University with a focus on International Business, also in Seattle, Washington.

Her background includes being a program designer and facilitator for USAID for Bulgarian and Croatian delegations. Dolores also served on President Clinton’s Advance Team during APEC.

As a community servant, one of her passions is improving the quality of life for women and children. In 1983 she founded C’est La Vie Foundation to raise funds for homeless, abused, and neglected women and children. Dolores currently serves as a volunteer SCORE counselor and is Workshops Chair. She is also serving as Sponsorship Co-Chair for the Sapristi Guild for Seattle Children's Hospital.  Dolores is also a member of the Academy of Management and was recently elected as Practioner Liaison Elect for the Academy to serve as a bridge between the academic and corporate sectors.
